This is my website, BuyAustin.Com, has everybody been to it? I’m just going to run through the top buttons. Home, About Us where you’re going to find Kenton, Search Homes is a great place to go, sign up for a seminar because we have some more coming up. We have another one two weeks from today at Mihn’s Café, which is just a smaller version of this for people who couldn’t make it to this one and we’ll get a little more detailed. Videos – we’re on the top of the food chain when it comes to videos, thanks to my internet SEO. If anybody needs any internet SEO, the gentleman with the computer laptop who’s working right now, he work’s real hard, that’s Josh. He’s an internet guru, can I call you that? Him and his wife Tiffany got my website up to the top of a lot of Google rankings, a little plug for them. Listings, Buy/Sell, just check out these buttons because there’s a lot of information that’s going to help you buy a home and to learn about the process. These are the videos – you may have seen this one, it’s just a plug for what we’re talking about here. Kenton did a real good 7 minute version of what we’re talking about right here. This one right here is about House Hunters, and we’re going to be on House Hunters on Sunday. It’s a re-run, but it’s going to be on April 19th, this Sunday at 4 o’clock on HGTV. You can watch us go out with the show and kinda see what we’re hoping to do with you – go out and start touring some homes. It was kinda fun, we did two shows last year and it was a lot of fun.
Ok, just a couple of quick things. This is all about relationship building. I want to point out some people that are going to be here to help out in the process so that you know that your team members are here if you so choose. First we’ve got Kenton, who I’ve already introduced, Crystal Kilpatrick, she’s one of our buyer’s agents, she’s going to help with getting you into a property. She’s going to be on the hunt with you guys if I’m unable to get there, she’ll be there as well. And we have her husband Dominick Kilpatrick at the back of the room with the tie on. He’s getting over a cold. He’s Crystal’s husband and he is also the loan officer that works under Kenton. So you’ve got some really good communication going. We have George Walter. George, can you stand up? He’s my father-in-law. You remember I told you about Rich Dad, Poor Dad? He’s the rich dad. My poor dad didn’t keep his real estate. George kept his real estate, but he doesn’t like me to talk about that. But he still loves to sell it. I asked him if he likes to do listings or buyers? He said, “Whoever’s motivated. That’s who I like to work with.” Then we have Chris Johnson. He’s a credit repair specialist. This is very important. We’re going to quickly go over fico scores in a minute, but these are the guys you want to meet if you think you might have a little bit of an issue with your credit. You’ll want to start with them and with the lender first because between the two of them, you’ll get your credit rating up. Phyllis is the person that you’ll want to see at the very end. She’s the one that gives you the deed, the keys, and the title. She’s our title rep. And so they’re all gathered here, you might see them on this process, and of course, good friends Josh and Tiffany, SEO experts. Back in the right corner, that’s Daniel. He’s the guy that gets this website stuff humming and keeps the video stuff going. Anyways, it’s about relationships and I’m gonna get Bonnie to come up here. I met Bonnie on the phone today. She’s going to come up because she’s just so excited. I was walking through Wal-Mart today and from the parking lot to the check out, I was on the phone with her because she was so excited about what we were doing here. She was introduced to us by Crystal and Dominick. She just said, “I love what you’re doing, I love your website, I’ve never met you before, but I’ve had an experience with Dominick and I want to help encourage some first-time homebuyers.” I thought the double cappuccino blast from Bonnie would be very helpful.
